Privacy Policy

Effective July 24, 2026 · Orma Sleep, Inc. ("Orma Sleep", "we")

Orma Sleep, Inc. is an early-stage medical-device company based in San Francisco, California. This policy covers the ormasleep.com website (including ormamask.com, which redirects here) and the social-media applications Orma operates. The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and our apps publish our own content rather than collecting yours.

What this website collects

• No accounts, no tracking. We do not set tracking cookies, run analytics or advertising scripts, or ask you to create an account.
• The waitlist form. The only information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the waitlist form: your email address and whether you use CPAP today — plus, for clinics and partners, your name, organization, role, and an optional note. No payment information is requested anywhere on this site.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. See Netlify's privacy policy.

The waitlist

Waitlist submissions are received and stored for us by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our email on Google Workspace. We use them for one purpose: sending occasional Orma updates and letting you know about availability — and, for clinics and partners, following up about working together. We do not sell this information or share it for advertising.

Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase, pre-order, or reservation of a device. The Orma mask is in development, has not been cleared by the FDA, and is not for sale. You can leave the waitlist at any time: use the unsubscribe option in any update we send, or email hello@ormasleep.com and we will remove your information promptly.

If you email us

Email sent to us (e.g. hello@ormasleep.com) is kept as ordinary business correspondence on Google Workspace and used only to respond and follow up. We do not sell it or add you to marketing lists without asking. You can request deletion of your correspondence at any time.

Our social-media applications

Orma operates internal applications that publish Orma's own pre-approved content (text and images) to Orma's own official accounts — for example our LinkedIn Page and Instagram profile. These applications:

• post on behalf of Orma only, under credentials held by Orma's administrators;
• do not collect, store, or process personal data of platform members;
• do not message users, track users, or read member profiles.

Your interactions with our posts (likes, comments, follows) happen on the platform and are governed by that platform's own privacy policy and your settings there.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. The only third parties involved in running this site and our email are our service providers (website hosting by Netlify; email by Google Workspace), acting on our instructions.

Product status

Orma's smart CPAP mask is in development and has not been cleared by the FDA. This website is informational, does not provide medical advice, and — apart from the waitlist form described above — does not collect personal or health information.
